When this is all over
When this is all over
You and I are going to paint the town red
Swap our comfy attire
Throw it all on the fire
And wear a fab outfit instead
When this is all over
You and I are going to sort our bad hair
Forget fancy ideas
Just fire up the sheep shears
And go purple too, if we dare
When this is all over
We are going to hear music played live
We’ll dance with no shoes on
(Please don’t stand on my bunion!)
And wiggle our bums to C5
When this is all over
You and I are going to hug family and friends
We really can’t wait
For that wonderful date
When this terrible pandemic ends
When this is all over
Dressed up
Hair sorted
Danced and cavorted
You and I are going to rediscover FUN!!
