We’re busy organising our next fundraising event for the hub of the village – Cottenham Community Centre – This is the fifth “Close to the Equinox” event, so we’re calling it EQUINOX V!
It will be a similar format to last time with a twist – fantastic disc spinning from DJs Adam and Richard from 8pm on Saturday, 8th March to get you all warmed up!
Then, C5 the band will keep you dancing until 11pm with some great tunes from our expanding repertoire everything from The Beatles to Bowie, Ezra to Mraz, Martha and Marley, Wonder and Winehouse and a whole lot more from the ’60s onwards.
The glitterball will hopefully be in place throughout!
There will be a fully licensed bar with real ales, wine, soft drinks, and of course a range of gins selected by Jane H and a small, hand-selected and dedicated team of Cottenham connoisseurs.
It’s an 18+ only event. Tickets are just a fiver and can be reserved online on our EventBrite page.
